Brrrr It's Cold In Here...



Bacon Spread (From an email my mom sent me December 12, 2006)

BACON SPREAD
3 – 3 oz. Packages cream cheese
 (One 8 oz. Package cream cheese works well also)
1 lb. Bacon cooked crisp; cut into small pieces – reserve 1 Tab. Fat
LARGE tomato – diced small cubes
½ cup mayo.
Pepper to taste
Mix together and chill.  Serve on French bread sliced and toasted*
*slice bread, brush each side with olive oil & toast under broiler til golden brown.  Watch carefully so as not to burn it.
