Getting Started




      Anyone who knows me can tell you that I love to meal plan! I’ve found that planning out our meals decreases waste and the need to eat out or get take out! I’m starting this blog to share my meal plans and any helpful planning and prep tips I can think of! 

 For starters, I’m sharing our current meal plan. We eat mostly Keto and often save leftovers for lunches. We did eat Paleo for a few years, so you’ll see old favorites pop up from time to time. I plan out the main dish and always have frozen veggies on hand as sides (and brown rice for the husband). I mostly use my Instant Pot and Crock Pot, but do use the stove from time to time...
